Payment & Participation Policy
01 Purpose of Entry Fees
Team Eagle Esports charges entry fees strictly for slot booking and esports service operations. The entry fee is collected to cover:
- Custom room and lobby hosting
- Match scheduling, admin operations, and moderation
- Fair-play monitoring and anti-cheat enforcement
The entry fee is NOT a bet, wager, or stake on match outcomes.
02 Skill-Based Competition
All scrims and tournaments hosted by Team Eagle Esports are skill-based esports competitions. Match results depend entirely on player skill, strategy, teamwork, and in-game performance. No element of chance, luck, or randomness is involved. No guaranteed winnings or returns are promised.
03 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a slot is successfully booked and confirmed, the entry fee is non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows, late joining, or disqualification.
If a match is cancelled by the organizer, the fee will be refunded or adjusted to the next lobby.
04 Age & Payment Responsibility
Participation is allowed for players aged 16 years and above. All payments and registrations must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or team representative aged 18 years or above.
