Refund & Cancellation Policy

Entry Fee Refund

Once a tournament slot is confirmed, entry fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or disqualification due to rule violations.

Event Cancellation

If a tournament or lobby is cancelled from the organizer’s side due to technical or administrative reasons, the entry fee will either be refunded or adjusted to a future event.

Payment Issues

For failed payments where the amount is debited but registration is not confirmed, participants should contact support with transaction details.
